Rude office staff, calls are put on hold for 30 minutes or disconnected when they feel like it and staff blames their phone system. Never an apology when you've waited over 30 minutes only to be disconnected and then again a long wait to not even be able to reach the intended person. 5 minutes visit with Dr after a 15 - 30 minute wait, as he has his back turned to you and mumbles what is going on. Very rude with anyone else that is with the patient to the point of not acknowledging or listening to important information.

saw me for a medical condition outside his current specialty. thank God I was referred to Dr Margolis. He helps me get out of bed and take care of my 2 children. Bless him. His staff at the beaumont office leave something to be desired however. He on the other hand is to the point and never keeps me longger than necessary. Love him as a Dr

Need I say more? I have been cancer free since 1982. Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I owe my life to him.
