I had Dr James Butler for over 30 years. He is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He would listen very carefully. And was extremely intelligent intellectual person. He cared for me, when the Mental Health services didn't bother to do there duty of care. I wish he had never retired, & I wish he was still my gp, as the gp I have now, its pretty pointless.

The best Doctor in Plymouth, he always has time for me when i have to see him, just a great chap, very nice calming person to talk to.

always feels like he wants to get you out asap. always looks things up in a book and reads that to you. refused contraception as did not believe i had not had sex in the last 24-48 hours, can never get an appointment outside of working hours, awful receptionists with no people skills at all, although DR jamison is very nice and helpful and would reccomend using her instead
