It seems like they have new staff in training at the West Orange frequently. One of them who I do not see anymore always asks for my birth date 5 times. Wait can take longer if you come after 6:30am. Otherwise the PA , nurses, and Dr. Chu are professional and helpful.

Dr. Chu and her staff are wonderful. I received care at the West Orange and occasionally Basking Ridge locations. The West Orange staff were always cheerful, even before dawn during monitoring hours. Thanks to Dr. Chu my husband and I have a beautiful, happy and healthy baby boy and another on the way. I would recommend RMA and Dr. Chu specifically to anyone looking for treatment.

I just had an initial appointment with Dr. Chu. I found her knowledgeable. She explained the possible causes of my previous miscarriage at another facility, which they never did. I think she is thorough and kind.

So far a really positive experience. I’ve only been for an initial consultation but this is by far the most organized office I’ve ever experienced. It gives me lots of confidence and comfort knowing how professional this team is. Dr Chu in particular was so kind and took the time to answer my questions, concerns and really treated me like a human.

Would you like the most painful transvaginal ultrasound of your life? Would you like to get zero communication before a probe is shoved up your vagina? Would you like the opposite of trauma-informed care? Would you like to be ignored when you state that you're in pain? Request Dr. Chu at your next monitoring appt at RMA. Maybe it's because I was an outside monitoring patient and not doing my cycle through RMA. Maybe she was tired (but aren't we all when we have to show up at 5:45 am for 6am monitoring?). Maybe I caught her on a bad day. All I have to say is I pray I never have to have her for my ultrasounds ever again.

I don't know what is wrong with some of these patients, but Dr Chu was a God send. She gave us our beautiful little girl after 2 other centers could not help my PCOS, fibroids and endometriosis. She is an excellent doctor and awesome, down to earth, great woman. As a matter of fact my baby is 11 now and I send her pics every year! I was saddened to learn she left North shore, but she did so before she helped my sister conceive my baby nephew! She is wonderful and approachable and knowlegable. Fertility is a touchy subject and maybe the women who walk in are overly emotional and expect the Dr to say what they want to hear. She tells the truth, is available and most importantly cares.

Dr Chu lied outright to my wife and I through the process. She continued to tell us whatever she thought we wanted to hear and we had to seek second opinions because we could never get straight answers. We could never recommend RMA because of her inappropriate and unethical behavior.
