I have been using Dr. Boren for years and wouldn't go to anyone else. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They usually run right on time unless there is an emergency. The new office is wonderful, and they have the latest tools, even a TV (with your own remote) to use while you are in the chair. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Boren and his office, and recommend them highly.

I went in as a very nervous "dental chicken". The staff & facilities were warm, friendly & very inviting, I felt "at home" right off the bat! I loved Dr. Boren & the time he dedicated just to me & my needs! I wish more dentists took the time to care! I will refer everyone I know to Dr. Boren!

I called Dr. Borens office and explained I had a Goverment contract that would pay 100% of all cost of treament and referals.Cindy who handles insurance claims looked over the contract called the va and verified Dr. Boren reffered me to a prosthodonist.Cindy continued calling me and the va their payment was mailed out one day after the va recieved it. I then ask Cindy to forward my paperwork to the Prosthodonist she then stated she could not they they had to cover their own interest. The va rep called Dr.Borens office and they told told them a referal had been made by their office in their network and that the prosthodontist was aware of my case. LIES!! I was given two numbers to call by Dr. Boren. The Va office who had gone out of their way to help me is MAD by Dr. Borens office continous calls and conlicting stories.Imagine what they could do to your insurance company.All this office sees is not helping the patient but$$$$$$$$$$ What a nice way to treat a disabled Veteran.
