Rude dr. You never get to see him but the other drs that works in there.

terrible im changing asap!! i had an emergency and i was told i couldnt come to see the doctor because of some account issues. I told them that i dont have any account issues and i pay all fee on every visit. after 4 months of going back and forth with them i was still not allowed to visit the doctor I ended up in the emergency room. then finally i got a call that i dont an accounting issue and they have removed the freeze. I could have died but they didnt care. when i went back i told me i should handle it with the accounting department. he didnt care that there was no accounting issue. but i still stayed because i actually like dr pinho. i was one of his first clients when he opened. But now i dont like the way his practice is going. I called to schedule for my kids to get check up and theres no appointments until 2015 that 4months away.. its crazy im moving on..

I have been to the office recently and seems like there has been some staff changes. There is also a new doctor in the practice who is very nice. I have seen all three providers and love them all. I have had an issue with billing, but the girls in the front where helpful. They even got the manager involved who also sits at the front with the two receptionists, and she was very helpful and resolved the issue for me. All they needed where new friendly faces!

Changed doctor. Thought it was convenient because he was a pediatrician and a physician. But I rather go somewhere else. Not only are they all rude! But they make you out to be some dummy. Laughing in your face as if your a joke. And I mean Dr. Pinho too. Never been to a doctors office were everyone in the place including the doctor is completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some aggravation, find another doctor. The whole place is a joke.

I have to agree with the majority of the previous postings. Dr. Pinho is a GREAT dr. However we can never see him. A dr has a life just like another human being however, I don't believe a call back the same day is to much to ask for... The staff is beyond horrible in every aspect. They are killing this practice. Billing is terrible...they need someone who can manage that office as well. Unfortunately we also left tired of the staff diagnosing me and not feeling well and getting an appt 2-3 days later. done

The Doctor is good, we would not have left him if his staff was not so rude, short and sharp with their language. We thought it was a one time issue when we had problems... but now we had so many issue with there staff we had to leave. They would talk down to us, worry us with what they had to say when we asked questions and mad us feel 'dumb' to ask questions on the phone. The staff we are talking about is the ones that handle the phone calls. Once in the office all is well. The doctor is good and the nurses are fine. The call staff is unbearable. I know we are here to rate the doctor, but you can't get to the doctor without call the staff. They are the part of the team that is bad. Maybe if he looks at these he will get better staff and get a better rating he could have.

I'm sorry, have to agree w/other posts here - staff is unfriendly, and we only saw Dr. Pinho once in the last 5 visits..the first visit only! That just doesn't seem right, does it?

Bad bad staff, and dr pinho e never present, you always see any other doctor that works for him, BUT HIM. never going back, and ill never recommend him.

In regards to the message that was posted 5/2 I have to disagree. Mili is great she is very through and knowledgeable. Her and Dr. Pinho work very well together. Dr. Pinho knows his medicine I would recommend him in a heart bea. He is kind and compassionate and best of all he listens and you never rushed.
