Dr Cassidy has been our Family Dr for about 20 years. He truly takes his time with his patients and has always provided the best treatment to my husband and my daughter. His staff has always fit us in last minute if we were sick. Thank you to Dr Cassidy and his to his wonderful Nurse Practitioner Lisa and to his excellent staff

I've been a patient of Dr Cassidy for years and I think he means well and is very easy to get along with. His staff billing member, Ann Marie, on the other hand....look out! She will say absolutely anything to justify what she's saying even if it's total nonsense and totally incorrect. Her confidentiality is zilch....tells me that she fired employees, tells me my insurance representative is "rude" when actually Ann Marie is the definition of "rude" once she starts on her rampages. She honestly has told me that she always does her job correctly, everyone else is wrong, so take it up with the Dr or his wife. Speaking of his wife, Lisa....went to her once, never again. What kind of dr sticks q-tips in someones's ears?? She is nuts and I did not feel hardly any compassion or resolution whatsoever from her visit (I googled when I got home and fixed my own problem, tho got screwed with her bill). It's sad, my daughter and husband both left his practice, but I still find him to be okay if he just didn't have his wife and Ann Marie working with him. (they totally control his office)

I believe a physician has an obligation to provide a holistic environment. Health care is more than prescribing pills or therapy. it is a complete experience from the office appearance, friendliness, professionalism and cooperation of the staff to the physician's medical and emotional support. If any any one of these components is missing or failing then the entire experience is failing and unfortunately Dr. Cassidy's practice falls short. In my experience. Dr. Cassidy is a wonderful doctor but has failed to pay attention to his entire business. I found his office manger to be unfriendly, rude, abrupt, demanding and feckless. Thus destroying the holistic environment I seek and I am leaving Dr. Cassidy.
