Worst mistake of my life. Twenty years now of extreme compensatory sweating. No meaningful evaluation done before op. Can't believe he is allowed to keep practising.

Do not have ETS Surgery . once he cuts the nerves, no going back. he does not do a comprehensive evaluation. It’s only a phone consultation . you will be sorry please do not have this surgery. I really believe that his office has people to write the reviews that are good.

David Nielson is a liar. He and his staff will lie to you about ETS. He lies about the side effects. Do not listen to anything he says. Avoid him and ETS surgery at all costs. ETS was the worst decision of my life.

I had Micro ETS for blushing 6 months ago, and the results have been phenomenal - not one blush since. I have not noticed much residual sweating, and I've been in Austin in August and was a bridesmaid in 110 degree weather where the majority of ppl were sweating except for me. I really wish I had done this years ago -- I can't believe how many options this opens up for me in terms of career opportunities and how this has significantly lessened my anxiety.

Dr. David H. Nielson has civil and financial penalties. He will give you ETS surgery and his staff will tell you how wonderful it is, then come the horrific, life altering side effects - SEVERE compensatory sweating, asthma, muscle loss, the list goes on. Do not see this doctor. I write this to save people's lives. Do not see Dr. David H. Nielson for anything. He will take your money and leave you disabled.

It took over an hour to be seen and consultation was over in 15 minutes.I paid $100 for the consultation and then they refuse to work with my BCBS insurance for potential coverage. Please look elsewhere, unless you have wads of cash to pay upfront.

I would like to thank you for a successful ETS surgery. I cannot express to you enough how much this has changed my life! This condition has “haunted” me all of my life, and now I can finally relax and enjoy it. Most importantly, I can finish school and be confident in my job. (Radiology) I’m so THANKFUL to you & your staff. My visit to San Antonio was well worth it. Dr. Nielson please continue doing what you do best, changing lives!
