Dr. Fischer was so patient, letting me describe my story at my own pace, which was complicated and emotionally charged. He thoroughly outlined treatment options. I was so very comfortable with his overall sense of compassion, and feel very at ease with the recommendations for my surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Fischer. He is extremely compassionate and caring. He does not recommend unnecessary procedures. I am very thankful that he was my surgeon. He is the best surgeon. Very very happy with his services. His staff Barbara is also very helpful.

Dr. Fischer has to be the most empathetic, compassionate doctor I have ever seen. He spent nearly 1 1/2 hours with me and my husband, explaining the multiple treatment alternatives for my recently diagnosed major problem.

Dr. Fischer was great, but his staff was horrible! They were more concerned about the latest gossip going on in their office. The office was also gross and a flash back to the 1970's!! I can't complain about Dr. Fischer. He was very nice, but the staff/office was not so much.

The best way to put Dr. Fischer, is "He is Second to NONE!" Wonderful in all aspects of my care!

The rating: Dr. Fischer was the first doc I saw after being diagnosed with breast cancer (even before seeing an oncologist, per my OBGYN), my first encounter with cancer. He explained everything about my situation to me and my husband. He doesn't hesitate to recommend a second opinion. Since that first visit, I've had three surgeries with him; to put in the port for chemo, the mastectomy, and to remove the port. He was consistantly kind, soft-spoken, empathetic, calm, etc. etc. I will highly recommend him to any of my friends who may need surgery. His staff was great too.'

Dr. Fischer was most empathetic to me and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. He was caring and kind. I would recommend him without reservation.

I did not like Dr. Fischer. I didn't like his bedside manner, and I didn't like how he wanted to do the surgery that I need. I have found another surgeon that seems to know a whole lot more than he does about my particular condition.
