Doctor Feldman is incredible. I have been going to him for years for in-grown toenails and he is always incredibly gentle but gets the job done. He is an incredibly kind man who really knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgable and is even an activist in his field. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a kind, intelligent and knowledgable podiatrist.

On the whole, I'd say Dr. Feldman knows what he's doing and has had much experience. He was able to see things in the shape and orientation of the foot that an ordinary observer would likely not see. To the degree that any podiatrist is legitimate, Dr. Feldman is. As the other commenter observes he's not terribly tactful. The staff, however, is poor and we always wait.

It's hard to believe that a foot doctor knows little about diabetes. During my first and only visit, he was working on my foot and his cell phone rang. He answered it and said, "No I'm not busy and proceeded to carry on a conversation." I told him I wore orthotics and he asked, "Why aren't you wearing them now?" I said, "I'm barefoot now. They're in my shoes." He said, "Oh." He's totally incompetent. Stay away from him.
