Always more than helpful, on time all the time, I'm actually surprised about the negative comment. Yes Dr Mascellino is petite, you shouldn't judge a doctor by their appearance. Pretty sad but I've been going to her for over 20 years and counting. I consider myself lucky to have had her recommended to me. The staff always gets the messages through to her, I have not one complaint...ever

Terrible terrible office. You have to wait over a month for an appointment and the front office staff is rude and extremely busy. Stop taking patients if you can't handle the volume. When you finally get to see the MD she has a weird, cutesy way about her - like a kindergarten teacher. She seemed to understand her neuro but everything surrounding her was terrible. You can't even speak to the MD - she constantly has her staff call you back. AWFUL!

Outstanding physician. I had been to two other neurologists prior and I felt like I was on a conveyer belt or at a mechanic's shop; just some broken machine to be fixed as quickly as possible, and in so doing I went misdiagnosed for years, and treated for symptoms which actually exacerbated the real problem. Not so with Mascellino. She takes the time to listen to her patients (while still somehow managing a short to non-existent wait time; I don't think I've ever waited more than ten minutes), and quickly figured out what was actually wrong. She and her staff are, by a wide margin, the most punctual, compassionate, affable, and knowledgeable of any I have dealt with.

I've been a patient of the Doctor's for a number of years. She really cares about her patients and has such a compassion for them.
