I saw Dr. Anastasio for a second opinion. I was paying a doctor in Destin for Lyme disease treatment for about 2 years. the Destin Doctor only wanted me to pay cash and wanted my whole family to be on treatment. I decided to see an infectious diseases specialist, Dr. Anastasio for a second opinion. It turns out I didn't have Lyme, even my family did not have lyme. I am so glad I went to him. I feel so much better. His people there were very helpful, and I am glad I went there.

Office personnel are very rude. Anastasio told me I was cured, didn't need to come back, Make Me Look Good were his last words to me. Well guess what I had to get another Dr. Very rude nursing and office staff. BEWARE!

Dr. Anastasio, diagnosed my mother with stage four liver disease she wasn't able to get to her appointments with him so I went to Florida and picked her up because I was able to provide transportation back and forth to the doctor to get her treatments. From day one his office has been rude and will not send over her medical records to the new doctor. My mother liked the doctor but his office is managed very poorly even in a life or death situation. These people have NO compassion. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

My family and I lost our insurance, I had to got to the ER in Fort Walton beachbecause i had a huge blister on my leg and fever. The ER DR said Dr. Anastasio would take care of me in his office. I called his office the next, and they were booked up, but i was squeezed in, and i didn't mind the wait. Even though I did not have insurance, the office manager worked a discount plan for me. It turned out i had Mrsa. it is a contagious infectious. the infection was going to my bone. Dr. Anastasio saved my leg and understood my family didnt have alot of money. He is very caring. Thank you.

My husband is in hospital in icu for the third time this month. I waited as long as I could tonight before I had to leave and pick up my grandchildren and daughter. I left a message on the board for him to call me and left my cell phone number for him to call me.. He told my husband he had too many patients to see to call me. My husband is very ill and his life is in his hands. I will be going to the hospital first thing in the morning to file a complaint. maybe he will read this and it will get his attention if he is not out of the hospital
enjoying his hobby of boxing. you are not screwing around with my husband's health.

Have and will continue to recommend the Doc. This man cares about his patients and demonstrate a superior knowledge of his field. He has gone above and beyond to take care of my bacterial infection. I consider him an outstanding individual and like him professionally and he has a very nice bedside manor. Michael Bradley
