Dr. Arnsdorf's staff is horrible. Called to schedule a appointment ( new patient, insurance). Lady at front desk took down insurance info and said would call me back. 2 days passed and no phone call. Called again only to hear from another staff member, " she was busy with patients and billing". I wonder if this chiro knows they are turning away money. Will definitely spread the word of this office staff.

Dr. Arnsdorf will explain anything you want to know before treatment. She especially knows sports and lifting type injuries. She's not into vitamin therapy stuff. She knows right where to go to find your problem, and just what to do to fix it. I highly recommend her.

This is our first time ever dealing with a chiropractor. I was referred by someone who was extremely satisfied with the services of this office. So far, we are too! Having Kaiser insurance, we are able to receive a 10% discount. 1ST visit: $50.oo, Additional visits: $40.oo ~August 2008~

Dr. Arnsdorf goes the extra mile to get those cracks. She is very helpful and caring.
