Dr. Mike and his staff are phenomenal. They are attentive, caring, and wonderful with kids. My daughter had her first filling, and Dr. Mike, Kim, and all his staff explained step by step what was going to happen. His expertise for pediatric dentistry is unmatched. We're so blessed to have found Dr. Mike!!!

Worst services ever. We went today to our appointment and we wait approximate 40 minutes in one of the rooms. Our appointment was at 11:30am. At 12:00pm we device to leave with our 14 months son because of the waiting time. Went we were leaving one of the nurse asked us if everything was fine and I told her that we were waiting for 40 minutes and she said that the doctor was busy in the morning which we understand but they need to know that this is a pediatric office, they are dealing with babies and toddlers, they are not too patient. So, the doctor saw my conversation with the nurse and he asked us with attitude that if we are going back to the room or what? I say no, and he at any moment didn't apologize to us and just ignore us after that and help the next patient. Please don't go there, he just demonstrate that he care about quantity no quality. I will never recommend this guy to anybody. He didn't show any sympathy with us or my son.

I have been bringing my daughter to Dr. Mike for about 13 years. He is an exceptional pediatric dentist! Children love him, and he takes the time to really talk to them. His skills are top notch and I feel my daughter is very well cared for. I would recommend this dentist to anyone with a child! It is a 45 minute drive for me to see Dr. Mike....and I don't mind!
I don't understand the negative comment on here...Dr Mike is very caring!

Dr Mike is fantastic, he has seen both of my children over many years, my daughter (12yr) loves going to see him. Although it is a 30 minute drive it is worth every bit, he is caring, professional, knowledgeable and always makes his patients and their parents feel like the are the most important people there. I would recommend him to every parent. I trust him completely on recommendations and treatment options. Best in Orlando without a doubt

Dr Mike is great but his front staff is unacceptable. They have had innapropriate conversations in ear shot of clients and they have never gotten our insurance correct. After every visit they claimed it wasn't covered. Then we'd call the insurance and they'd call the dentist. Then we had to call back to confirm. Every single time. It was too much of a pain. We are looking elsewhere for a dentist.

I have taken my two kids to see Dr. Mike for over 10 years with absolutely no problems. The office staff is always helpful and professional. The kids are very at ease with him. He speaks to them in a way they can understand and is very reasonable with the treatments he chooses. I am baffled where all the negative comments are coming from. We see his partner Dr. Judy as well. They are both great with the kids.

Because of insurance, we had to switch to Dr. Mike after having a wonderful relationship with another pediatric dentist. The assistants have been nice, but the girls in front aren't welcoming or warm. They act defensive, like they are doing you a favor, talk down to parents and discuss your account loudly for everyone to hear. In their defense, I've heard many parents be very rude to them just b/c they couldn't get an appointment when they wanted. Dr. Mike has been professional and welcoming. He is conservative in his treatment, but happy, energetic, talkative, friendly, respectful and accommodating to families who are kind to he and his staff. He always addresses the patient first, asks for their input and explains everything he plans to do ahead of time. Because of his extreme gregariousness and caring treatment, anticipate the possibility of being seen late. You will appreciate that he doesn't rush with your family when it's your turn.

I went to Dr. Dimauro throughout my childhood and several times throughout adolescence. I went back to him after being a child because I trusted him more than any other dentist I had visited. There is no question this guy is a great dentist. He never lead me astray and always had my best interest in mind. If he served adults, this is the guy I would go to. If you have children, this is the guy to trust with your children.

Dr. DiMauro is an excellent pediatric dentist who has been treating my 12 yr old daughter since her first visit to a dentist. She was not an easy patient but his staff was able to work with her. Since she first started there, we discovered she has psychological/emotional disorders. They have continued to be excellent with her. Dr. DiMauro has always been generous with his time. He (& many of the staff) have established trusting relationships with my daughter and she benefits by their care. The practice is extremely busy and new patients may have to wait for an appointment.
