Saw him for three years, lost a bunch of mobility and he led me to believe it was just me getting old. Went to another Dr. and learned that my shoulders, hips, neck and back were all stuck in misalignment and had been that way for a very long time. How is that possible when I had been getting adjustments from Dr. Cress once a month for three years?

I first went to Dr. Cress for an adjustment on the recommendation of a friend. I have some very long-standing issues and not only was Dr. Dale able to adjust me (and make it stick), but after discussion and getting my permission, he added additional therapies. After three visits, I saw improvement. I have now had 7 treatments, my pain level has dropped to a manageable level and without so much ever-present pain, my energy has returned and I can tackle things like a normal person. I HAVE MY LIFE BACK again (yes, I AM shouting - with JOY.) He is compassionate and seems to know his craft. I highly recommend trying him.

Dr. Dale Cress has been our primary doctor for our family for nearly 25 years. He has treated our children and ourselves for chiropractic, accupuncture & massage therapy. Absoultely the best !!!

Dr. Dale Cress is an excellent and knowledgeable physician in the fields of chiropractic and Chinese medicine. He combines his expertise with a very warm and caring bedside manner. I recommend him heartily to anyone with hard-to-diagnose, amorphous sets of symptoms. He treated my wife for chronic fatigue syndrome with very good success and has been a family physician for years.
