New, jury still out.can't say I find too much to agree with the other happy campers. Impatient, disinterested, moody, will add more later, had dropped pelvic floor. But wasn't going to tell me until I asked her a question and then she mentioned incidentally. That doesn't work for me I need to know more. Tend to agree with the negative response above mentioned

I agree with everyone else. Just saw Dr K for the 2nd time (2 annual checkups) and felt the same way this time around. She CARES. Very thorough, no waiting, no hassles. Kim, her assistant, is compassionate and thoughtful. These two are like a walk back in time when patients mattered and doctors truly cared. And they are genuine. I had a problem parking and was at a meter. They did not rush me at all, but were quick to take me right in and just perfectly wonderful. When I compare them to my others docs, who are not bad people, just too busy to hear you, it's like comparing a fine wine to Ripple. This lady deserves enormous kudos. Kim too.

I just saw her this week as a new patient and I was very impressed. Her assistant was welcoming, and competent. Dr. Kovarick was warm, attentive ,cared about me and knowledgeable. Most of all she reminded me what it was like to go to a real Doctors office before they became insurance mills and large group practices.. She exemplifies how medicine should be practiced and how so often is not in the 21st century.

Dr. Kovarick is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to me when laying out options for birth control. I really appreciated the time she took with me. I have referred her to several of my friends who have had very mixed results with other gynecologists in the DC area. She is very empathetic, professional, and really listens to my concerns. She has a first rate staff, and I always feel welcomed. The key factor for me is feeling safe under my doctors' care, and Dr. Kovarick fills that need.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Kovarick. She is the right doctor for you if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, skilled, warm, and attentive. Her pap smears are in no way painful, and she makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Kovarick with no reservations whatsoever.

Doctor Kovarick was recommended to me last year as I was going through menopausal symptoms and desperate to find an ob gyn who would be knowledgable about menopause, professional, sympathetic, and patient. I received all of that from Dr Kovarick. She was extremely warm, patient, and understanding. Because I was a new patient, she gave me a Pap smear. i had always been nervous about pap smears before, and i had some really uncomfortable pap smears in the past. But surprisingly, hers was pretty easy and quick. No pain at all. Also she is always on time, and her staff is very warm and helpful. When I need refills, I would email her directly with my pharmacist's number, my date of birth, and she will get the prescriptions out right away. I have never had a doctor who is so patient, professional, efficient and prompt. As we all get older and have health issues of one kind or another, to have a doctor you can always count on is simply priceless. I highly recommend her.

This was a terrific doctor patient experience. I walked away feeling very comfortable with Dr. Kovarick. She was very knowledgeable and prescribed exactly what I needed. In my experience, many doctor's do not want to take the time to thoroughly review the case. Dr. Kovarick took the time and actually listened to what my issues were. I highly recommend her.

I have been under the care of Dr. Kovarick for several years, and I have had an extremely positive experience the entire time. Dr. Kovarick has provided me with much more personal care and attention than I had been receiving at my previous GYN's office. She is available when I need her and is willing to go above and beyond in order to make me comfortable. The office is a welcoming environment, which in part is due to her warm and helpful employees. In particular, Dr. Kovarick helped me find the birth control that suits me best (helped clear up my acne!). She also assisted me in getting a chronic UTI problem under control, which has greatly improved my quality of life. Additionally, Dr. Kovarick has provided me with a couple of fabulous referrals to other physicians for non GYN-related health issues. I would highly recommend her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kovarick's for over 6 years and have always been very happy with her care. She takes the time both before and after your exam to talk to you not about your health as it relates to gynecology, but also asks about lifestyle, family and other factors that may influence your overall health and well being. She answers questions thoughtfully and completely and is very knowledgeable in her field. I would highly recommend her.

I have been Dr. Kovarick's patient for 20 years. She has always been very understanding and sympathetic. I could not have gone through the "menopause from hell" without her. She adjusted my medication as if she was tuning a violin. She did several D and Csthat were infinitely less stressful than others I have previously had. I kept my uterus and my sanity; thanks to her.
