Where do I begin? To begin, I'd like to state that I've been a patient of Dr. Diamantis for nearly 8 years. What he said to me when we first met is what keeps me coming back. He is professional, courteous, and truthful. I went to Dr. Diamantis in Canton, Ohio, because I didn't like my nose. Dr. Diamantis explained why he would not recommend a nose job in his professional opinion. I was sad and disappointed at first, but I followed his advice, and I am so glad I did. Fast forward Three years later, I went to Cleveland Cosmetic Surgery in Lakewood for Liposculpture and was surprised to see Dr. Diamantis there. I asked him right away if he remembered me and told him the story. He was delighted to see me and remarked, "Look at your nose now; it fits your face perfectly." I had Lipo performed twice, fillers , and a Keloid removed. I also purchased my skincare from them called Obagi Nu-Derm. My experience with Cleveland Cosmetic Surgery has been incredible. Also a very important part is the staff. They are friendly, caring, professional, and humorous. Not only that but the office space is clean and welcoming. Went in for liposuction in the beginning of May. Love Dr. D and the staff completely. Very knowledgable! I knew what I was getting into from start to finish with the procedure and recovery. Where do I begin . My nose bothered me my entire life until I finally found the perfect doctor . I had gone to so many doctors for consultations and then a co worker of mine referred me to Dr Diamantis . I had my initial evaluation and felt so comfortable with him . I asked if I could bring my parents to meet him , even though I am 25 years old , I felt it was important . He even encouraged me to invite them back ! My results exceeded all my expectations. Yes , Dr Diamantis deserves a 5 star rating for so many great reasons . I had the weekend lift , upper eyes , phenol peel , and the pixel laser . My results exceeded any of my expectations!
