The doctor and staff were friendly. Dr. Repsher took a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions.

He spent 10 minutes with me ostensibly to discuss my lung function, wrote a IME report asserting that I never had anything wrong with me, that I had no lung problem, and that I had serious psychological/psychiatric problems. He is not a specialist in psychiatry, and his diagnosis of no asthma, is diametrically opposed to my pulmonary specialists at National Jewish Hospital.
