Mme Baltzer a aidé ma fille et a su comprendre sa façon de pensée. Elle a Une approche géniale pour les adolescentes, je lui serai éternellement reconnaissante, merci du fond du cœur. Bureau et personnel calme, facile d’accès. Humaine, elle sait aussi prendre soin des parents et offre le soutien nécessaire pour eux. Une belle attitude, simple et elle sait parlé leur langage. Elle a permis à notre fille de se prendre en main. Merci encore.

A few years have gone by, but still remember her fondly as the doctor that went above & beyond in compassion & empathy & determination to help treat our daughter, while holding our hand & showing kindness to our family. Everything you hope to find in a doctor.

Dr Baltzer has a great personality! She is very kind, a bit late most of the time. Her consults are a bit quick.

Elle a trouvé ce que ma fille avait en 2 minutes quand nous avions vu une dizaine de médecins depuis les derniers mois sans qu'ils aient ne serait-ce qu'une idée de ce qu'elle pouvait avoir!! Elle l'a pris en charge et la suivra pour les prochaines années. J'ai adoré ce médecin et je la recommande sans hésiter

Dr. Baltzer has a vast medical knowledge and is very experienced. Bed side manners though can be improved.

The clinic on the whole is unappealing. The clerical staff can be unprofessional.

likes to treat eating disorder patients in a stubborn way refusing to adapt to different patients' personalities. didn't listen, would only talk and talk and say many sarcastic things which were completely unnecessary.

The most amazing doctor that goes out of her way to be the most helpful possible. Honestly, a woman with a huge heart and a wicked sense of humour. I love her! and recommend her to everyone.
