Lousy Dentist! I would never go there again. Unprofessional. Unorganized dirty office!

While I like Dr. Branch and his staff, it has not been worth it to be a patient there. I once had a 3:00 pm appointment and did not leave the office until close to 9:00 pm. I am now on my third crown for the same tooth and the porcelain is chipped. So when I bite into something, I have partial metal exposed on my crown while I chew. You would think this would warrant an immediate response, but since last Thursday, I'm lucky if anyone even answers the phone. When they do, they tell me that they will get back to me but never do. I would rather pay more money to a dentist that I know won't be sooooooooooo unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients.
