Daughter had ongoing allergies gave her an epi-pen and Zyrtec. When I called to tell him her face was still having swelling he wouldn't see her and referred her Mayo clinic (they do not have a peds dept in Fl for allergies) Said he could not help her. We only went 1 time and she was already too much too handle even though he is an allergist. Found new Dr who helped her right away (Dr Damask)
