We have been seeing Dr. Kramer for years. While he is a great doctor, the quality and helpfulness of his staff is enough reason for me to switch doctors after so many years. All I needed was something over the phone. The staff has been completely rude and uncooperative. I got no answer through text and every time I call I'm left on hold. The last time I was left on hold for 10 minutes. When I tried calling back, it was busy for about 5 minutes. I finally got through again and was asked to be put on hold. I just hung up. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for a medical office. They don't seem to realize that the patients are the reason they have a paycheck.

I have extensive experience with this doctor and his staff, and I have been continuously disappointed. In addition to the usual wait of hours, I personally find the staff to be rude and am continuously disappointed with the care. Due to my divorce, I require a court order to stop my ex-husband from taking the kids here - and that effort is worth it.

We've been very pleased with Dr. Kramer. He's knowledgeable, well respected, and caring. It's true that the wait times in his office can be very long... So it's just a question of whether you think it's worth it to wait that long for a really great pediatrician. We've found that it is, but we also live nearby his office.

My children have been Dr. Kramer's patients for over 5 years. I have to disagree with the previous ratings and I am quite disgusted to see that whomever posted those comments can not even express themselves using correct grammar. Aside from this, although the office had been under construction, Dr. Kramer had made him self available to his patients through this as best as possible. He had always been very kinds and patient with our children. He had always been on point with them througout the years. We have always been able to count on him and can trust that if we call he always knows who we are and can clearly know all of our children's medical history. That is what is importamt to me that he ACTUALLY cares about our family. I really find it hard to believe that he would deny service to any of his patients. I am very pleased with him and his staff. We visited the office recently and there is no dust nor dirt. The office is basically finished and looks great!

IF YOU WANT TO WASTE HALF OF YOUR DAY OF WORK IN A DOCTOR'S OFFICE, YOU'R MORE THAN WELCOME HERE, THE LONGEST WAITING WITH AN OFFICE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FULL OF DUST AND DIRT WITH PAPER COVERING THE FLOOR AND NO A/C ON THE WAITING ROOM. AWESOME THERE ARE NO TOYS OR MAGAZINES TO ENTERTAINED YOUR KIDS WHILE THE WAITING AND LET ME TELL YOU,"YOU'LL LEAVE WITH HALF OF YOUR DOUBTS OR QUESTIONS UNRESOLVED" BECAUSE HE CAN NOT ANSWER ALL OF THEM IN ONE VISIT. IF YOUR BABY HAS A FLU AND BESIDE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE WAY YOU ARE FEEDING THEM IS FINE HE WOULD TELL YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINMENT TO GIVE YOU A LECTURE OF IT "IT SOUNDS DISRESPECTFUL TO ME" SO YOU'D BETTER ASKED SOMEONE ELSE. AS A PARENT FOR THE FIRST TIME WE HAD READ A LOT TO HAVE IDEAS BUT WE STILL HAVE QUESTIONS. 10 TO 15 MIN MAX IS WHAT HE TAKES TO SEE YOUR KIDS IN A VISIT OF 1 HOUR 30 MIN OR 2 HOURS OF WAITING WITHOUT EXAGERATING.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD NEVER HAVE IN A PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE. HE DENY SERVICE TO MY KIDS WITH A NEW AND ACTIVE INSURANCE. REASON:BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS ICOMPANY NSURANCE DID NOT PAY HIM A SMALL BILL FOR MY DAUGHTER AND IT WASN'T THAT MUCH. THE MONEY DUE WAS ONLY FOR MY 9 MONTHS BABY BUT HE STILL DENY THE SERVICE FOR HER AND MY SON WHO WAS LATE FOR HIS SHOTS DUE TO THE LAST FEW VISITS THEY DID NOT NOTICE THAT HE WAS DUE FOR IT. WE STATED THAT WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE BILL THE FOLLOWING WEEK DUE TO I DID NOT HAVE MONEY WITH ME AT THE MOMENT BUT THEY JUST REFUSED TO SEE THEM EVENTHOUGH HE HAS BEEN MY KIDS DOCTOR FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS AND WE NEVER HAD ANY OF THIS SITUATIONS BEFORE. WHAT A DISCRIMINATION I SAW TODAY WHEN THERE WERE OTHER PARENTS COMING WITH A NEW INSURANCE AND JUST GOING STRAIGH AHEAD TO THE ROOM WITHOUT CHECKING COVERAGE.IT IS JUST SO UNETHICAL.
