I went to see Dr. Torabi on referral and I had high expectations due to the person referring him. When i got there the staff was rushed and very abrupt with me. The room was filled with approximately 12 patients, for an 8:30 am appointment. Multi-booking?? When i was called I noticed three other rooms with patients. As I waited for doctor i looked in hall and saw him running from one room to the next , 3 patients at a time. When it came to me I had had issues with my ears for 6 months and alot of tests, biopsy's , extensive work and research to relay to Dr Torabi. When he arrived in the room I started to explain and give information I had from two other Doctors. He started reclining my chair, didn't lsiten to a word I said. put iodine in my ear which no other prior doctors did, was in such a rush, raised my chair, did a puff air test in my ear and said I was losing my hearing.
None of that is in fact correct. I was there to have the psorisas in my ears removed like I had been doing for six months, i had just had a hearing test and my ears were fine when the psorisas was removed.
His process with not listening to patients and rushing everyone through the puppy mill was disgusting. Never again! When i checked out the receiptionist tried to collect additional funds that I was not liable for and had to get just as agressive as her to explain. Do you want to schedule a follow up appointment. Absolutely not!! I relayed the information to my prior doctor. I said he is not a good referral!

I had an appointment with Dr. Torabi who told me I needed a sinuplasty. The office visit wasn't short, but Dr. Torabi answered all my questions and was very good at reassuring me of my procedure. I scheduled the surgery for a few weeks down the line and then did it. Wasn't too uncomfortable, and the recovery was pretty fast. He definitely had great skill and it was obvious he knew was he was doing.

Mitchell Claire, PA is very knowledgeable and helpful but gave me and my mom discouragement because I do martial arts. He went off on me for 10 full minutes and I got very angry. Very discouraging and disrespectful. Then Dr. Majid Torabi just walked in for 30 seconds to diagnose my surgery and kept talking and didn't let me talk. He talked over me or interrupted me. Very very rude. He told me I have allergies and I told him no it's a problem with my septum then he said yea you have allergies. Mitchell Claire, PA and I had already established that my problem is a deviated septum. Then Dr. Majid Torabi just left and laughed at me. I told him I'm 24 and he said that I look like a 17 year old. What a little jerk this doctor is. Very disrespectful, abrupt, rude, and abusive. I will look for another doctor to do surgery on my nose.

Office staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude and unprofessional. However, I love Dr. Torabi. I've been to several ENTs for chronic nose bleeding and horrible allergies, he's the only one who actually addressed the problem insted of just blaming dry heat. I hate that his staff is so horrible. I'm tempted to never go back because of them.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Torabi for her chronic throat infections and ear infections, she was quickly diagnosed. After some testing, it was decided that she needed surgical intervention .Everything went perfectly well as she is totally symptom free. Dr Torabi and his staff couldn't have been more professional and caring. Recommend highly.

Dr. Torabi and his staff have treated myself and my family extremely well, not only is he available to answer questions but calls back quickly and is very courteous. He has helped my family and I immensely with our ear, nose, and throat conditions, I recommend him highly.

Horrible experience. God forbid you have to call while he's on-call. He treats patients with. No respect and is super rude. He doesn't know what he's doing either.
