On my last several visits, I have had to wait 30 minutes to more than one hour to be seen for my appointment. On my last visit in 2023, I had to wait 40 minutes and I was seen by his physician's assistant, not him.
I ran out of medication and called in 4 times to get a refill. Plus I had my pharmacy call him. They have not responded yet. I am very frustrated with him.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Doctor Dardashti for about 10 years. their company has changed names a few time, and I think its called Genesis now. His office is busy and some times I have to wait 20 minutes to see him, but he always makes a point to make time for me, take good care of me, and explain everything to me. He has taken care of my bladder tumors for many years. Over the years, I have sent at least another 7 people to him, because he is a great doctor and a really nice guy.

Been seeing him for a few years for my prostate problem. He did a procedure in office for me, Urolift, and now I pee a lot better and dont have to take medicines. Always very patient, explains things well. One of the best doctors I have ever had.

been seeing him for 6 years. Has always been very caring and explained everything to me. recently performed a urolift procedure to help with my urination issues, and could not be happier. Sometimes its hard to get through the phones, I assume becuased the office is very busy. other than that the best doctor I have ever had.

Have gone to him for over 7 years, on my last visit,he could not take the time to even exam me. He was in too much a hurry to get me out and on to the next person. No help whatsoever, ended up in the hospital two days later.

Dr. Dardashti diagnosed my problem(s) exactly, and prescribed the proper course of treatment to alleviate the symptoms. This prevented my spending years handicapped. His knowledge has earned him the respect of many of my other doctors. He has the ability to do the necessary tests in his office, which is a big help. His staff is well trained and caring, as are his partners. He is so good I do not resent the extra time waiting to see him as I know he is giving another patient the time needed. I recommend him to any and all and have done so.

He nice and smart doctor. My first visit to him was very pleasant. He knew exactly what my diagnosis was. He is not fully covered by my insurance :( . I would have love to have him as my doctor, he gave me a great impression. The medical staff are so nice as well. Did not have to wait too long.
