Incompetent is the only word I can use to describe his staff. They are the worst I have ever encountered across 19 surgeries. I cannot speak to Dr. Webb's capability is a surgeon as he is not yet operated on me due to the incompetence of his staff at submitting my insurance authorization in time, twice! They failed to get my MRI approved, resulting in delays of over 3 months. They fill to get my surgery approved, resulting in indefinite delays and extending my pain and suffering. They have shown no compassion or willingness to correct their mistakes. They have shown their willingness to lie about their actions and have told me information that is entirely contradictory to what my insurance company has stated that they did. I am furious! The office manager will not call me back, and they have not yet provided the basis for denial from my insurance company. I am about ready to fire Dr. Webb as my surgeon, as I am not confident that he can operate on a properly or that his staff will follow up with me efficiently. I would recommend anyone else but Dr. Webb solely due to the incompetence of his staff!

Dr Webb has repaired my cervical and lumbar spine after my suffering for thirty years the surgeries were a total success both were complicated. They were the result of a 105 mph car crash and my neck was due to a horse accident in which my neck was fractured and grew back incorrectly. Totally overlooked 30 years ago due to other injuries. Dr Webb repaired the neck perfectly!

I two years post surgery slid down a Canyon Wall 15 or so feet searching for Native American Artifacts. He expertly repaired that mishap.

He has preformed many surgeries for family and friends all successfully done to complete satisfaction.

Dr Webb is as good as they come equal to the Mayo Teams I have felt with including their Chief Neuroligist Dr Biharam Mokrri.

Dr Webb has ruined my husband's life with bad surgeries. The pain is worse than ever and he damaged a major nerve and he has a difficult time walking.. DO NOT USE Dr. Webb. He should take some responsibilities in his surgical mistakes and quit practicing medicine & surgery. My husband is in constant pain and absolutely miserable and unable to go anywhere. I would not recommend him to anyone....run away as fast as you can.

Dr. Webb did surgery to remove a tumor in my spine. He did a great job before, during and after the surgery, and I highly recommend him. He and his staff were wonderful to work with.

Genius and Great Mannerism Rolled into One! One doesnt usually get both in a doctor these days. His mannerism is exceptional and no unnecessary visits are needlessly scheduled. He is straight to the point. He also has a very competent perfect assistant that GETS THINGS DONE ! My neck surgery was a breeze. Thanks for sharing your expertise and getting me back to work before being terminated! -Kolacny

Never on time! Horrible communication. Worse follow through care! After second surgery Doc had no idea on what to do for a CSF leak. Suggested getting another opinion. Staff never called to check up even after first surgery and left with a CSF headache. Second surgery was worse. I will never recommend him. Walk away now while you can walk away!

My experience with Dr. Webb and his staff is nothing but exceptional. He operated twice on my back and both times I could not have asked for a better outcome. Excellent care, compassionate staff, skilled surgeon. Highly recommend.

I was just thinking about how awesome I feel. I had a discectomy/laminectomy about 18 months ago. Dr Webb and his staff were amazing; helpful, on time, thorough. I had done my homework about what to expect, so I was fully prepared for the post op discomfort. Even immediately after surgery, the pain was better that before the surgery. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my procedure. Now, at 18 months out, I may need a couple of ibuprofen after I do yard work or if I over do it exercising.
I would definitely use Dr Webb again, but hope I don't need to. Seriously, life is too short and precious to be in pain. I'm thankful for having had this experience with this Dr and the staff.
