Dr. Fraga's bedside manner is exemplary! He is respectful, kind, and very patient in answering questions that I had. I was hesitant about getting the sclerotherapy treatment for my varicose veins and he took the time to fully explain the details and to answer every question that I had. Although this is my first time, I highly recommend him. And from the onset of the appointment, I was greeted with such professionalism and warmth by his staff. That's what all doctor's appointments should feel like.

I had several procedures at the Soffer Vein Clinic in Kendall, where Dr Fraga practiced until the recent move to Hialeah. Each procedure was explained, and was expected to reduce pain and swelling. After over 5 procedures, the last of which left ugly red scars and pain, there has been no improvement in the pain or swelling. In addition, compared to the procedures I previously had at Clevekland Clinic, the costs billed to my inusrance were much higher, and the procedures much less helpful.

I saw this doctor for my veins and loved him. Its not easy to find doctors that take their time with you and explain every last detail but he did. His office was a pleasure and you can tell they like working for him. My philosophy is if you have a professional and caring staff then the boss must be to and he is. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left his bedside manners were awesome, I wish all my doctors were like him. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Fraga is an awesome doctor he is so nice and always smiling, he treats his staff and patients like family. He does whatever he can to make you feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable and informative. I have been coming to Regency vein center of Miami for a few months and have seen great improvement in my legs since he started my treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fraga's for 6 years and I could not be any happier! He has helped me tremendously with my varicose veins and I am so pleased with him and his wonderful staff. Finding a great doctor is a dicey proposition, but I have been blessed to have found Dr. Fraga. He's a great listener, he's is dedicated to giving me amazing results, he's very skilled at what he does, and I just recommend him highly.

I don't know were the first comment came from. I think they may have this doctor confused with another that has a similar name. i have always thought that he is very compassionate about what he does and his patients. he is extremely caring and concerned. 9 out of 10 times he is punctual. the only time he was late when i had an appointment was because he had an emergency case. i really respect his ideas and opinions. he doesn't just like to cut anyone open unlike many other doctors. he only does it unless necessary. he is unlike many other doctors who are after money. when i was admitted to the hospital with no insurance he did not refuse to operate on me like so many other doctors chose. he saved my life and i am forever grateful. his office staff was excellent with me. i was able to make an appointment right after i was discharged from the hospital. they were very helpful, caring, and compaasionate. they treated me like family. i recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a surgeon.

Anonymous he is a horrible surgeon, and person. his negative personality and inner pride are very noticeable. also very rude to patients. will NEVER care about patients or listen to them.
