Annual check up with Jean Ayres. Pleasant experience with ma and front desk. Very professional. I set my follow up as well. I am impressed with Jean each time. She is aware of my health issues. Test results were ready for me with hand written language for my understanding. Evertything was discussed in detail. Script was given and "free" samples of estrace were given. I would rate a ten. Most of all I love the clean and neat office.

I was very pleased with my experience during my first visit. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The exam room was fine. The only thing I would recommend is new gowns that have Velcro that close. they were worn, so the gown did not stay closed. Normally this type of exam is a very uncomfortable experience in itself, but the Dr. made it a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate recommending your practice to friends and family. I had very little wait time (less than five minutes) despite the fact I arrived 10 min early. Doctor, nurses, and office staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I had questions and concerns that went beyond the scope of my appt and, not only was the doctor patient with me, she also asked the N.P., who was a little more knowledgeable about my particular question as it was not GYN related, to take time out of her schedule to speak with me. I can't say enough good things about this office!

the staff at apple hill surgurical center was very efficient and answered all my questions. Dr. Bornt came into talk with me and was as pleasant as she always is.We talked about my procedure and made me feel very comfortable I would recommend her to anyone she is one in a million.

I have always felt good about coming to Dr. Bornt's office for my annual exam. Receptionist are nice but more importantly to me, is the care I receive which has been stellar EVERY SINGLE VISIT! I was a bit concerned when I came in yesterday and saw Katheryn was no longer with the office as Kathryn was so wonderful, however, Jane (I think that was her name) was equally great and I instantly felt at ease and glad to still be a patient with this practice. I receive outstanding care here and I recommend Dr. Bornt's practice every chance I get. I live about 50 minutes away from the office and have plenty of other Dr.'s I could go to that would be closer to me, but will not because of the wonderful professionalism in your office. Thank you!!

I was greeted promptly and did not have to wait too long for the assistant to take me to the room. She was nice and also professional. My wait for the doctor was a bit long. I had a new doctor this visit. I forget her name but she was also nice and professional. I will continue to go to this doctor. I already made my appointment for next year.

Every thing was fine. from the waiting room to the end of exam. provider was very pleasant and made you feel at ease. The only thing I could say would of been better was the gowns. The Velcro did not stay closed and had static. However that is a very minor problem. Overall a 9 out of 10 and would recommend to others.
