DR. Stein is an outstanding psychiatrist. She is genuine, honest, listens well and is focused on helping the people she serves to be more aware and peaceful with themselves.

Excellent caregiver. Thoughtful, invested and insightful. Excellent utilization of available genetic testing for best med management and really picks up on what is going on. Spends a good amount of time during each visit - usually an hour. Highly recommend and I'm grateful to have found her.

I've seen Dr Stein for over 4 years. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. I've recommended her to friends and hold her in very high regard.

I am a client of Dr, Stein. I am not wealthy, but am able to afford her fees at present. She has been very generous in saying that if something should change about my financial situation, that I should let her know immediately and we could work something out. A couple of weeks ago there were several mistakes in my bill. A simple phone call to Dr. Stein's billing staff was enough. The staff was very polite and courteous and we worked it out in less than 8 minutes. It was no big deal. I feel unbelievably fortunate to have found this doctor - she is extremely insightful in general and knowledgeable about meds. I have seen several different faces on her, one kind and gentle and another a little bit tough - both, I feel, only aimed at helping my situation. Would not want anyone else.

I cannot wrap my head around this woman's high rating. She ignores phone calls, charges exorbitant fees, and her staff are so rude it's jaw-dropping. Dr. Stein and I spoke on the phone for 2 minutes to change my medication because my RX copay was ridiculously high ($100 a pop.) So what does she do? She sends me a $120 bill for the 2 minute phone call we had. The purpose of which was to make my overpriced meds more affordable. I called her for an entire month asking to discuss the bill with her and I was completely ignored. I talked to one of her staff members and was basically accused of lying about the sitation. The level of unprofessional-ism and neglect with Dr. Stein is appalling. I guess she's only attentive to her wealthy West Hartford clients. If you're not rich, you may as well not exist to her. Avoid her at all costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Stein for many years, and she is the best. She extremely easy to talk to and her insight is remarkable. Dr. Stein has me in way I can't even begin to mention. I totally recommend her for anyone that is in need of help. You can trust her 100%

Dr. Stein is an amazing psychiatrist...extremely knowledgeable about medications, and continued to work with me until we got the right combination of meds for me, which was not easy...she gave and continues to give me hope for the future...this is an extremely bright and caring individual, and I would whole heartedly recommend her...I am 46 years old, and have never felt as healthy as I do now, thanks to her assistance and support. She is amazing.

Dr.Stein has been my therapist for over 10 years. She is wonderful and changed my life (for the better!). Very knowledgeable about medications. Some might find her a bit cerebral (she's very smart) but that suited me just fine. Our sessions were like conversations but I always came away feeling as though I understood more about my issues. Sometimes that was upsetting, but that is the key to improving. We would all like to ignore some truths but she gently brought me to a place where I could understand them and then resolve them. After all these years of working with her, I can now ask myself, "What would Ronni say?" and deal with things as they come up pretty successfully. When I started, I was in a bad marriage, felt incompetent at work and as a parent, and had a toxic relationship with my mother. ALL of those things changed during the course of my treatment, thanks to Ronni and the insight she gave me. My life is 100% better now. Highly recommended.
