This doctor is not a doctor in fact we call him Dr Stupid. He takes kickback from drug companies and he prescribes copious amounts of medicine for people that don’t need it.

He is useless , I’m glad they took his license he should be in jail!

I the worst “Doctor” I have ever been to!!! Maine is a safer place now that they took his license to practice medicine. How much money did he make from kickbacks from drug companies? I’m sure it was a lot. He put me on Bp meds for being close but below what is considered high bp because he thought it was “trending up” even though it was the first time I had seen him and there was no trend established. Then when he gave me lubricant and told me it will help get my with excited… never went back. Terrible Doctor and person. Glad he can’t practice anymore.

Pill mill, this “doctor”, Gary Winn runs a pill mill. If your loved ones didn’t walk in the door an addict, they’ll probably walk out of his office as one. Both my husband and I were treated by this physician and both were placed on a number of unnecessary medications to include opioid pain medication. It didn’t matter if you had a headache or a sprained ankle, he was going to prescribe opioids and insist on upping your dose at each weekly appointment. The $2,000+ drug screening given at each appointment was more than likely the motivation for this. It was openly spoken about in the office that the maker of this drug test had paid for Gary Winn’s family vacations for years. Please, save yourself and your loved ones by finding a different physician.

Well I have to say that he's definetly cleaned up and shipped out all the riff raff Dr.Winn Is a very caring and compassionate doctor regardless of what people say! yes he tried to save alot of people and he did save alot of people ! His staff Jessica is amazing at what she does she's just as caring and is very compassionate with patients I think he has come a very long way and is doing an amazing job he's a wonderful doctor with an amazing family and he makes you feel like family. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU and YOUR HEALTH!

Dont go to him. if you are on any type of psychiatric medication or medication for pain or addiction he will automatically tell you that you are not a good "fit" for him. Having a sister that went to him and left him - she herself is an addict and was getting quite of bit of narcotics, benzos, and addictive sleep medication for him. And if you pay him 2000 dollars a year, he will write you anything. Well I guess he got caught. And just to add to it; three nurses quit on the same day because a minor girl was asked by him to take her shirt off for a blood pressure test. While in the waiting room, he made a racist joke. Right in front of everyone. nobody laughed. Unbelievable. Quite disappointing. My sister who had him said he never took care of her health concerns, she has some major life threatening disorders and she had to fight to get referrals from him to specialists. Not a doctor I would recommend to ANYONE EVER. Horrible, discriminatory, and a pretty awful reputation. There is an article about him in a paper for welfare fraud too. Look it up. Dont bother with this one. Please for the sake of your health. Don't go. Pass on this one.

Great doctor, and genuinely nice person. He takes on patients with challenging, chronic health issues because he genuiely CARES about people. He wants his patients to succeed and have improved quality of life. Really appreciate his approach to my health concerns.
