Very engaged/partnering in health care. Cares for my whole family competently. Staff has been with her for more than 10 yrs.

Kristy is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor. She makes eye contact, and explains things in very intelligent and sincere way. I have a science background, and she always gives me a lot of detail. They did forward old billing information to one of their reference labs, which resulted in a denied claim which had to be resubmitted, and sometimes you have to wait for a while beyond your booked time to get in. I recommend the first appointment of the day, or following their lunch hour, so there is no one ahead of you to wait for. I really like Intermed, and most especially, Kristy.

Overbooked. I was never once seen on time. I always had to wait a long time in the waiting room; then was ushered into the exam room, told the doctor would be right with me, and waited for another eternity. However, once Dr. Pulsifer made it into the exam room, she was very caring, didn't rush, made a point to address all of my concerns. They really need to work on their scheduling.
