I've been going to Dr. Miller-Frost over 30 years. During that time I have never been kept waiting past my appointment time. The staff is quick and competent. The only delay during a regular visit happens between the time blood is drawn, run through the machines and the results presented to Dr. Miller-Frost.

Dr Miller Frost does her job in an excellant manor. She does not venture into patient requests for non related matters as some doctors do. You must respect her for that. She after all is a specialist and you are there for that reason. Have been seeing her for 15 years and find her very knowledgable and pleasant.

I've read the other comments. Maybe she and her staff are only reuse and unprofessional with military families. I, too, HATED that I had to see her before there was a doctor available on base. She was uncaring, bullish, refused to pay attention. Her staff mirrors her negative attitude. I have no idea how she has been allowed to practice as long as she has!

I was in the Military when I had to go to this doctor. She never listened to what I had to say. The medication was too strong (synthroid) and I told her this. I had to go to my primary care doctor to have it lowered. I went back a second time and the dose was still too strong... my hair was falling out and I inquired about that and she had the nerve to tell me that the medication had nothing to do with hair falling out. Do you believe that?!!!!! I hated every month to go to her office when I retired she sent a negative report to the VA to keep me from getting a percentage. HORRIBLE DOCTOR... NEVER WANT TO SEE HER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

DR. Miller-Frost is always very nice and helpful. Her staff has always treated me nicely and answered my questions. I have only had to wait a long time once and that was due to the fact she was at the hospital

Unprofessional Office Staff, Being Ignored is the Norm, too 2 hrs for a regualar apppointment to speak to Doctor for first time. many others came and gone before I was seen and I was the only one there for almost an hour. Bad Follow Up manners and has problems relaying results without Patient calling them. Very Slow in responding with any results. Office Staff answering the Phone rude lots of times. Wish I ahd never gone to this one.
