Dr. Armistead referred me to a particular neurologist who ended up being under investigation for false diagnosis and fraudulent claims. And when I came back to see him shortly after he denied sending me there, even though I had hand written orders. Seems he didn't want to be involved in any false diagnosis given to me. Then did not attempt to discover my medical issue or advice, I was still suffering from same issues. He just passed the buck to specialist after specialist.

Wonderful staff, great office, and most of all great doctor! He listens to all of your concerns very attentively and provides feedback on every question you have. He never rushes a patient and there is never a long wait in office.

Dr. Armistead is a fantastic doctor. He is caring and concerned, and takes the time to explain and to listen to your concerns. His staff, especially the little blonde girl (I think her name is April) was very helpful, in advance of my visit and afterward. It is obvious that this is a practice that is well-organized and caring for its patients. I will be recommending Dr. Armistead to my friends. He already is our family physician.

This doctor is very dedicated to his patients. Their care is of utmost importance. He chooses not to do hospital calls to make sure that the patients get the quality care they need in his office. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of family practice. I would highly recommend this doctor.

For simplistic medical issues, I am sure this physician is adequate. However, lack of experience and the fact that he chooses not to take call at the hospital makes me question his dedication to his patients. Not very alert either during my office visit with him. Nice office, but how does that save a life? Good bedside manner, but lack of good experience. I would not recommend him at all.
