WARNING, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars I would. My husband was seen by Dr Depace and his appointment was at 2:30pm, but we werent seen until 6:30pm, then we didn't end up being done until 8:00pm. Insane. Dr Depace didnt go over any of the test results with us or what they meant, just told him what meds to take. The front desk is completely incompetent. They either don't answer the phone, their mailbox is full (I've never had that happen at a Drs office) or you literally will be hung up on while waiting for the phone to be answered. When they did answer, my husband was on hold for 20-30 minutes. We live over an hour away and he's had to drive up there a few times to get copies of paperwork because they don't answer the phone.

They say they don't fill out paperwork and don't keep accurate notes of what was done within the visit. My husband drove up to them yesterday again to pickup copies of his records and waited 1.5 hours. Its wild because he is a highly respected and recommended dr. but in reality he is one of the worst drs we've ever been to and suggest no one go here either.

I cannot recommend Dr. Depace enough. For 10 agonizing years I suffered from debilitating symptoms no doctor could diagnose. I saw over 10 doctors desperately trying to find answers. Then I found Dr. Depace. Under his diligent care and thorough testing, he finally provided an accurate diagnosis and treatment when so many others had given up.

While my illness remains challenging, Dr. Depace has given me real hope and empowered me with the knowledge I need to move forward. I appreciate him taking the time to solve my complex case. His expert diagnosis and guidance has been invaluable. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Depace to anyone with long unresolved health issues. He is a compassionate, dedicated diagnostician who truly cares. I'm thankful for the clarity he provided me.

I have never met Dr. DePace. I was lied to and told I would see him during intake and probably never again but didn’t even get that. Wait times are 3-8 HOURS in the office. The other doctors in the office are sexually inappropriate and both have suspensions on their license for sexual misconduct and are not listed on the site but they are the ones you see. If you have EDS you are not getting specialized care - they will tell you you have POTS - sell you the supplement that THEY made and is NOT approved by FDA and give you midodrine. Saved you and entire day and saved you from potential harassment. You’re welcome

I've been a patient here since Nov 2021. I've had 4 appointments scheduled with Dr DePace, but after waiting for 4-7+ hours in the waiting room, twice I've ended up with different Drs trying to treat me by reading Dr DePaces' notes. My last appointment, in May, Dr DePace raised my pain medication to Tramadol 100mg once a day, from 50mg. That script ran out on 6/18/22. I started calling a few days prior as a heads up, and here we are 11 days past my refill date, and I STILL don't have my medication refill. I had to pay a copay to see my PCP, and explain to him that the staff and Drs at Franklin Cardiology were ignoring all of my and my pharmacys' NUMEROUS attempts to refill my meds, just to get him to give me a week's worth. They were notified at least 3 times by phone and email since I've been to my PCP, and they STILL haven't refilled my meds.
Guess I should've known better months ago when it took 5 calls over a 2 months period and a complaint call to get the NP on the phone to take a written message about my chronic fainting and chest pains.
My next calls will be to the medical board for neglect and negligence with copies of all emails, and voice recordings of my numerous voicemails.
Completely deplorable behavior for a specialty office that deals in Dysautonomia and KNOWS FIRST HAND the pain I'm experiencing. No one deserves to be treated like an insurance check.
Time to find a new Dr.

Great Doctor! Long wait but well worth the wait. Very friendly and has great bedside manner. Never rushes you and takes his time to hear all your problems even if they are not heart related. I would definitely recommend if you want an expert! You will have to wait for his expertise.

Dr.DePace is a Hero! He is responsible for me being alive today! He listens to his patients, and not just what test results conclude. He ordered a cardio cath, after tests were just slightly above normal, but listened to what my symptoms were. I had two vessels over 95% blocked that ,if I had not been instructed by Dr DePace, would have caused a massive heart attack! Thank you Dr DePace, without your diligence, I would not be alive ,here with my family!

I had been released from a hospital after two days in an emergency room with chest pains. I did not see a cardiologist. Dr. Depace made room to see me immediately and followed up to get my blood pressure under control. He took me seriously when others did not. He took interest in my case. I owe him peace of mind. Office wait times were very long but the quality of care made it worth the wait. He is a trailsetter in cardiology. I am glad so a famous and brilliant practitioner was open to see me.
