The staff is HORRENDOUS! I went for over 8 years and didn't dislike the doctor or the PA's, but a majority of the staff over the years have been unprofessional to say the least! The most recent issue apparently called for the office manager to hang up on me, despite there being no reason. A reasonable request to have someone call me on a Thursday, instead of a Friday to inform me that I would NOW need an appointment to get a refill on a medicine (which is not a narcotic and did not need a written prescription) is too much to ask. Therefore, I was told I should call my primary doctor. Yes, that totally works...cause they definitely work Saturdays!

Dr david chows staff are horrible people. I listen to them talk down to the patients and total disrespect for patents is disgusting. they are rude on the phone as well. Waited over 40 mins to see the doctor who was rude and also seems like he is on medications.

Dr. chow was my Workers Comp Dr. For 6 months Dr. chow did nothing to complete the required PR4 form. After repeated requests and 6 month of waiting he referred me to a QME which could have been done last June. In the mean time I have had to waste time in pointless unproductive appointments to evaluate how I feel. Wasted my sick time and travel expenses. He charges the insurance company for visits that have accomplished noting. A no nonsense doctor? As far as I could tell he is a no work doctor and should be barred from worker comp by the State of California. I have submitted a complaint to the State and the insurance company.

Dr. Chow is a no nonsense Doctor, which I prefer. I am 63 years old and suffer with chronic back pain. What is important to me is that he listens and determines what needs to be done. He is extremely knowledgable. I have had great results. I find his staff very helpful and pleasent. He has a very busy practice and yes sometimes he runs behind and his staff is rushed. I have and will continue to recommend him.

Dr. Chow is very unfriendly ,rude and arrogant,. He did not even make eye contact when he or I spoke .Expect to be waiting at least an hour .He is not an Orthopedic Surgeon .

First appt I waited over 2 hours. Dr chow has zero bedaide manner. He's rude and pompous. The staff treats patients like crap and acts as though you are wasting their time when they would clearly rather be chit chatting with eachother. My pain has not gotten any better and I've had a procedure and still have no idea why. When I awoke from my procedure, dr chow was no where to be found and left me with no follow up instructions. I need pain medication to sleep and they treat me like a drug addict. It's embarassing. I'm not sure how they stay in business but I'm looking for a new doctor. I'm tired of being treated badly.

I can honestly say that this doctor's office is the WORST I've ever been to. Dr. Chow has a very nasty & unpleasant characteristic about himself, very sarcastic! And his HELP Anna is rude as well, with a very nasty & doesn't really seem to know her work or what needs to be done for the patient, very sad & has an unprofessional approach about herself. And the front desk, 1 girl in particular I just can't remember her name but very, very nasty,sarcastic, a cocky. The whole office from the Dr's to the staff needs interpersonal communication class and an etiquette class is well before doing any business with anyone especially when they're being paid for their sorry services. I do not and will not ever recommend this office and on top of everything they're always late had me in the room waiting for over an hour and a half and its supposed to be a back specialist even when I come 15 minutes early I seem to always leave about an hour and a half to two hours later, unacceptable.

By far some of the worst staff that I have ever seen. They had a few that were very helpful but some were extremely rude and unprofessional especially their reception and Anna his nurse practitioner. Dr. Chow is always late, and my appointments are never on schedule and just to top it off, I have to listen to Anna snobbishly chastise me instead of being more encouraging and professional. I would never recommend Dr. Chow to anybody!!
