The doctors could take a lesson from Kappy on how practice. She is so genuine, compassionate and extremely thorough. Nurse Practitioners are the best!

I have been seeing Kappy for years and she is wonderful. I was upset that she only does gyn and I could not see her for my OB care. Kappy takes her time with you and listens. On the other had the doctors in this practice that I had to see during my pregnancy always had one hand on the exam room door ready to run out of the room. I will be trying another ob practice for my next baby but will continue on with Kappy for all my Gyn needs. She is a dying breed in the health care industry. Desk staff rude.

I have been seeing Kappy for years and have even referred my daughter. She is knowledgeable, personable and so incredibly easy to talk to. Kappy does research and always gets back to you with results. She is very open to different approaches & treatments. I trust her and would fully recommend her.

I absolutely love Kappy! She is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. She takes her time with you and never makes me feel like I am just a patient. She goes over and beyond to help you and always makes sure you understand what is going on with you. From a 1 to 10, she's a 100~!

Dr. Horn really is one of the best OBGYNs in Frederick. I went to a few before her and was very turned off by their lack of personal skills, but Kappy Horn (and the rest of the docs at Frederick OBGYN) is incredibly nice and very helpful. The front desk staff can be a bit rude though.

Kappy is a wonderful person!! She always takes plenty of time with me and never rushes. She asks about my family and how I'm doing other than medically. She really cares about her patients!! Will never see anyone else!! Highly recommended.
