His knowledge and skill is very much appreciate. I couldn’t ask more from his staff. Their kindness and attention goes beyond, especially Laura-Lee.

He may be competent or knowledgeable but his bedside manner is terrible. He is rude and brusque.

I had the misfortune of seeing this arrogant and condescending doctor for tests and surgical consult for cataracts. He read my medical history incorrectly, discussed another patient with his assistant during my consultation and would not answer my questions. Finally he walked out of the consultation and wouldn't come back. In the end, I found a much better surgeon to have my eyes done. Potential patients - do your homework!

I have been going ther for 5 years when I was 26 years old . When I went there my eye sight was perfect . I just had 1 floater but during treatment and carelessness now most of my eyesight is gone. This doctor wants you to vist clinic for whole life . They won’t try to understand problem but they will force you for orivate tests and private surgeries.

I was very luck to find Dr. Rabinovitch for eye surgery , the schedule was done very fast , the instructions were very easy and clear and the surgeries went very very well with no problems , no complication , no pain . I have now 20/20 vision .

My visit was the best I’ve ever had at an Ophthalmologist’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly. Lissa, the office manager, went above and beyond to help me and the whole process was smooth. Every member of the team was friendly. I was expecting a bad experience like I’ve had with numerous ophthalmologists before, but when Dr Rabinovitch came in, he was kind, patient and did not rush my appointment or any of my questions. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Provided me with detailed pros and cons of possible treatments and was very understanding of my fears. I will only come back to the North Toronto Eye Care from now on. A completely different experience for me. Thank you!!!

Dr. Rabinovitch was very late for my appointment. I could hear him talking to his patients before me. When he finally saw me, the first thing he said was “ I’m very behind”. Never spoke conversationally to me nor addressed me by name. I needed Cataract surgery. He was advising on type of lens to use. He never examined my eyes nor read my chart. His optometrist came in and was the one to point out potential glaucoma. He basically looked for 2 seconds in one eye and left. I agreed to cataract surgery. My experience with Dr R. was the same here. He never called me by name. Worse, post surgery before leaving, he was to check the eye. The machine was broken and he said “ just go”. The other staff working for this clinic were rated 4 star by me. I was horribly intimidated by him and felt almost bullied.

This clinic refused a patient based on the fact they were too busy. Referrals were refused and no reason given The cancer patient now has to seek another doctor. I am shocked at the attitude of the North Toronto Eye clinic.

I was there to see Dr.Rabinovitch for a follow up after laser treatment and cataract surgery was reassured that everything was okay. Great thank's to Dr.R and his team.
