Spends less than 15 min w/pt. Dismissive. Prescribes w/o explanation. Doesn't listen to pt concerns about side effects. Prescribed 2 meds which could have caused serotonin syndrome, then upped dose after expressing concern over side effects. Lacks compassion. Inconsiderate of pt input. Not sure how she is still in practice.

I've been to two other Psychiatrists, and Dr. Mic is easily the best for me. She listens and discusses professionally and pleasantly and her changes in my medication is always right on.. I love the relaxed atmosphere. The staff is top notch. Whether I'm there for an appointment, or I call with any kind of issue, they are truly helpful, they follow up, and always a smile on their faces. Great operation!!! A+++

Terrible doctor. Does not spend time with patients (5 minutes max). All she does is actively offer and prescribe meds. Does not allow patients to be active in their care. Drops patients on a whim. I was in the middle of a medical crisis - emergency room with my wife who was being intubated and I could not talk to Dr. Badea-Mic when she called so I had to hang up. Next business day she dropped me for hanging up even though it was an emergency. Unethical. I feel sorry for her two office staff employees. They are great and have to put up with this tyrant.

I have been seeing Dr Mic for a couple of years and she has always gone above and beyond anything that I expected of her. It's obvious that she is much more interested in caring for her patients than in just making money. She and her staff really care. Their attitude shows and the office environment is awesome with relaxing aromatherapy that will make you feel better before you even see the dr. I highly recommend this doc

I was with Dr. Mic for a over a year. In that time she only tried me on 2 medications. When they didn't work, and one was prohibitively expensive, she literally told me there were no others and that she didn't what else she could do. This is for ADHD treatment! I stayed with her despite her dismissive attitude to my situation because it is difficult to find help in south Texas. This woman is worse than no help, she made me feel absolutely hopeless, refused to even give me enough time to talk during sessions. Sessions with her lasted perhaps 5-10min, and her irritation becoming obvious if you didn't simply say, "Yes, the meds are working, please refill."

My own personal experience with her and also witnessing her behavior with patients is that she is rude, impatient, condescending, and will humiliate you if given the chance. Yes she is knowledgeable, I will agree with that, but she also over prescribes medications and does not follow up with patients after they leave the hospital. She does not see patients out side of the hospital setting, but leaves them to social services to schedule them for a follow up appointment elsewhere.

Dr. Mic told me I was the most messed up person she had ever worked with, she was very rude and belittled me she also closed my mhmr services which is illegal. She also released me from the hospital suicidal. You get two min tops with her. Very rude and uncaring
