My husband had a terrible experience with Dr. Kranzler. He was difficult to contact and forgot to call in prescriptions.

If I were you I would go elsewhere immediately. This man is extremely expensive. And he is also very inconsiderate and I didn't think he did a good job with talk therapy. I always walked out feeling worse then when I came in. ALSO-he put me on meds for longer then I felt that I needed and above all not kind.

He is also hard to contact, very old and out of touch and mainly communicated through email. There are much better options out there.

Stay away. This man is not interested in helping people. He’s super Money hungry, invalidating, condescending, unkind and Impossible to contact. I felt like if I didn’t remind him to renew my prescriptions he wouldn’t do it on his own, and I had to email him many times over for him to even refill my script. He is very old school and his talk therapy always made me feel worse than when I started. He wasn’t interested in listening to me, instead he was interested in imposing his beliefs onto me . There are so many better options out there. Do not use this man.

Also, when i told him I wanted to move on, he essentially told me to screw off. He didn’t help me with a transition plan in terms of meds or finding another doctor even though I was still on meds with horrible withdrawal. There are so many better options, don’t settle for him.

I highly recommend Dr. Kranzler. I have been seeing him for a number of years and he has treated my mental disorders with extreme competence and professionalism.

I have no idea what this other guy is talking about, but I have seen Dr. Kranzler for many years. I know many people who see him and not one of us would have a negative thing to say about him. He is always there for me and always has the best advice. He makes living with depression and anxiety so much easier. I really don't know what I would do without him.

Stay Away! This doctor was removed from seeing my daughter because of his unprofessionalism and incompetence. He didn't return numerous phone calls I placed to him and charged me a ridiculous amount of money for sharing info on my daughter in a divorce case.
