I have an infected ulcer on the top my foot the size of a twoonie, seeping puss and no skin seurrounding the wound. been on antibiotics for a week.finished the last dose yesterday. The wound is worse now then it was before i started the treatment.Teresa Heese was the doctor on in er today. The first thing she told be was my wound is getting better. How would she know that because she did not see how small the cut was when it first happened. I have not slept in 2 nights because im in excruiating pain I also told her that any anti-inflamitory drug disagrees with my stomach and makes me deathly ill. So the b***h told me to go home and take advil for the pain...I started to explain to her AGAIN i could not take them.then she started talking over me, not even listening to what I had to say. refused to prescribe any pain meds. she told me i would have to suffer until i see my family dr on tuesday (which is 5 days away becayse of easter. She could care less about the pain i was experiencing

One word.......B****! Treated me very poorly during a visit to the ER at CBRH. I went in with a legit complaint and this poor excuse for a physician insisted I was looking for a narcotic. I have never in my life taken a narcotic or any other meds for that matter....I was appauled, humiliated and just plain angry. I will now travel to another ER site if know that poor excuse for an md is working........come on Dr. Naqui......you can do better then hiring md's like this to work at your facilities!!!!!

I went to the Emergency Room for a slip and fall. She did not introduce herself to me, nor did she examine my very painful leg or arm. She said to continue with my Advil and dismissed me. She made me feel very stupid. I left the hospital in tears. She is definately not a people person, nor should she call herself a doctor. Yes, I believe she needs a new career. The first thing she should have done was introduce herself and do an examination. She did neither. I found her to be a very rude and impersonal person. I will not even give her the honour of calling her a doctor.

I was bleeding during early pregnancy and went to see this doctor. She told me I had gas and was very rude. How does gas cause bleeding? She made me feel stupid, I actually cried in the emergency room. She only did blood work, no ultrasound or cervix examination and she told me my numbers were low and I was experiencing a 'missed abortion'. She also said that it's a blessing at times and I believe she said it because I was only 19 at the time. I'm 20 now, and 9 months pregnant. I think she needs a new career.

I recently seen Dr. Heese in the ER at the CBRH for Gallbladder problems. She sent me home with a list of prescriptions (basically advil and gravol) and told me to "wait it out" even though I am on a wait list for surgery. She never did an ultrasound at all. Just bloodwork and urine, I went back the next night and got a new doctor who immediately calle din the surgeon on call who has scheduled me to have my gallbladder removed in one week. I found her to be rushed and very rude.

I saw this doctorin Sydney over signs ofan ectopic pregnancy, she told me it was gas. A few days later I went to Glace Bay, and they did all of the bloodwork and ultrasounds needed. Thankfully it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy, but it wasn't gaseither. It was large cysts and if she had of donethe proper tests se would ahve known.

i went to the ER with the symptoms of cauda equina syndrome. she sent me home with anti-inflammatory drugs and told me to put ice packs where i was experiencing pain! i went home and suffered in agony for 4 more days..i couldnt get off my couch, standing for even a minute would cause me excruciating pain in my buttock radiating all the way down to my foot! finally i went back to the hospital by ambulance. Thankfully when i arrived on the ambulance, i saw a great doctor and he referred me to the neuro-surgeon right away! i had an emergency lumbar laminectomy within 24 hours. i stayed in hospital for 2 weeks because the nerves to my bladder and bowel were affected! Dr. Heese should have known something was wrong...i even asked her if i would do nerve damage...she said NO! Thanks to her, now a year later, i still have problems with my bladder and bowel!!!!
