Making too many mistakes now. Time to retire. He has been an amazing dentist. We have seen him since 1993. However he is just unable to preform anymore. I was very sad to have to change dentists. But it happens. And I did. I do thank him for many years of service to our family. But reality must prevail.

I wrote a previous review this morning and since that time, Dr. Spencer did personally call me and apologized for the policy changes and explained why these changes took place. I appreciate that.

I've been Dr. Spencer's patient for over 20 years. At 8:00 this morning I showed up for my teeth cleaning. There was a whole new staff, none of which were wearing masks. De. Spencer's son, who appears to be taking over the practice, told me he couldn't clean my teeth until I had a note from a doctor because I had a hip replacement 1 1/2 years ago. I asked him why they cleaned my teeth 6 months ago with no problem and he didn't know. Why did they wait until I showed up at my appointment to tell me this?

I think Dr Spencer's assistants, Renee & Stephanie are great. I have found Dr. Spencer a bit "Pricey" but he is also a perfectionist. Front office staff is wonderful

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I had to pay out of pocket because they did not file with my insurance. He messed up a tooth & I ended up going to another dentist to get it fixed. My new dentist asked me who I had went to & when I told him he said "I've been fixing a lot of his mistakes for years." DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

Told me I had 4 cavities. Didn't feel good about him so I went to different dentist and was informed I had absolutely no cavities. Seems to be looking for gold when I didn't have any to give!
