I was never able to see the doctor and from the reviews - good riddance! However, the staff is unprofessional, lazy and uneducated. One staff member told me one thing and another staff member directly contradicted it - we don't do that here. I scheduled an appointment for pelvic pain (which is what it says in their name!!!) and was referred to a different specialist. They canceled my appointment without my permission or speaking with me first. A blunt message condescendingly telling me, they don't "do that here" and find someone else. Gladly.

He may not be the most personable, but he was never rude as some of the comments state. He's an excellent doctor and was able to 'fix' my botched/gaping/infected episiotomy and rectal tear 3 weeks after I had my first child (after seeing my regular ob 5x post-partum and they wouldn't do anything). I think he did an amazing job. I followed up with him regularly for 6 months and only had 1 issue with the front staff (they forgot to check me in so I had to wait a while before they realized). I definitely recommend him based on expertise.

Shady business. Double billed both me and my insurance company. Upon discovering the duplicate payment, i called the number listed on the bill to request my authorized refund. They acknowledged. were aware of the payment, and claimed they were holding a credit for me. I requested a refund and was advised it would take 6 weeks to process. That was August. It is now late October and i still don't have my refund. After several calls without a satisfactory response, i reported the fraud to my insurance company. Their investigator was told the payment was being processed and would take an additional 2 weeks. It is now 2 weeks later and i still have not received my money.

The absolute worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Left his office shaking and have not slept a full night since my visit 5 days ago. Waited a month for appointment. He is rude, disrespectful. I feel like I was emotionally and physically assaulted

During both the initial visit and the consultation following urodynamic test, he barely looked at me or spoke to me. He never discussed the test results with me.

He spent 5 hours in surgery saving my uterus, when other doctors thought it would have to be removed. Not very chatty, but that's Ok with me.

Elderly Spaniard who is rude, crude, unhelpful and indifferent to any woman with feelings--treats women and (female) staff with extreme disrespect. Why would he choose a specialty where he treats women? He thrust his finger up my vagina and said "That's all right!" Need I say more?

I saw Dr. Sanz on 5 different occasions for a surgical consultation for an imperferated hymen. he was generally unhelpful during the first few visits. during my post surgical follow ups he touched me in a manner that made me uncomfortable on several occasions. I chose not to do any more follow ups with him and returned to my regular gyn. Since my last visit, I have received multiple bills for miscellaneous items that have been paid. The hospital recently submitted these claims to a collection agency even though they have been paid in full. I strongly recommend staying away from this doctor and hospital altogether.
