Before she was doing a routine checkup for me, I was going to tell her some problem I had. She stopped me and told me to tell her after she finished the checkup. After the checkup, among all other things, I forgot to tell her my problem and she did not ask me either. A month later, I had to get a root canel done for that tooth by another dentist. When the other dentist asked about the tooth, I told her that I told Dr. Nguyen about it a month ago. She did not comment (I guess out of respect for another dentist) but from her expression, I could tell something should have been done about the tooth when I had the checkup. As a result, I stopped seen Dr. Nguyen any more.

Excellent experience. Little strange as she believes that diet soda must contain sweetners that cause cavaties, but otherwise great!
