Unlike many doctors she spends a great amount of time with her patients. This sometimes leads to her falling behind in seeing her scheduled appointments. I would rather wait and see her and come away with my questions answered and a complete examination.

Dr. Walsh seemed to have already made up her mind before she even saw me, for she prescribed the same ineffective med another doc had. My protestations went unheeded by her; she insisted that I follow her instructions, because SHE was the doctor. Feeling I needed a more thorough evaluation, I went to a third doctor who determined that I had a serious eye condition; he prescribed a completely different treatment regimen. She's not an eye specialist, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt; next time I was seen by a PA for a sinus infection. The PA stated I could not have an infection, because my symptoms differed from hers. Instead, she gave me an inhalant breathing treatment for bronchitis and forgot about me, resulting in classic overdose. I was shaky, dizzy and my pulse was racing wildly. Based on the poor quality of care, I disputed the portion of the bill United did not cover; they insisted I had to pay it. I would drive 100 miles to avoid seeing anyone in her office, ever again.

The staff is semi-incompetent and a botched diagnosis of a cyst, by TWO doctors in the office caused an unnecessary surgery and a co-pay of 1200 dollars that was unjustified. We're still arguing with the hospital and the state medical board, they're also all in the same bed. The last test results took three phone calls for results.

Does not like to be questioned in any way. As the doctor she acts insulted if you question any of her decisions. I feelt like she had no time to answer any of my questions and if I wasn't going to do as she wanted with out question then I shouldn't be wasting her time. She just wanted to throw a pill at me for eveything, not find out why something was wrong.

Dr. Walsh was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered any questions I had. However, the staff and in particularly Dr. Walsh’s PA (I cannot recall her name) were not very helpful to say the least. The PA’s manners are not what I would expect of someone in the medical field. Her staff was often rude and needs a lesson in good customer service. The front desk secretary was the nicest of her staff; however, her losing my medical record was not acceptable.

Great Doctor. Really knows her stuff. And no God complex ie knows she's only human and so she treats you like a human. Only negative, is like anything good in life there is always a wait. Where would you rather eat, a busy restraurant or an empty one?
