Dr. Andrew Kaegi was a tremendous help to me and my sister in Whitehorse, Yukon in getting us tested for food allergies and in identifying obscure health issues we both suffered from. A couple of friends were also impressed with Dr. Kaegi's expertise and help after their consultations with him. We all found Dr. Kaegi to be extremely knowledgeable, well organized, and very thorough. He really listened to his patients, explained everything very clearly during every step of testing and diagnosis, and followed up with us to help fine-tune our health regimes. Dr. Andrew Kaegi's value as a medical consultant was proved by the significant improvement all of us had over the years following the testing, diagnosis, and extensive medical advice he provided to us.

Years ago when in Toronto DR KAEGI treated me for parasites in my system from an African camera safari. Called next day for followup unlike any other physician. Treated my wife with a cortisone shot for a numb leg and meds for a parasitic infection. We regret losing one of the best internal specialists in TORONTO. I started to carry whole wheat buns to barbeques following his example. We even considered travelling to Whitehorse for diagnosis and treatment. I've been in Yukon for fishing and envy you for having him and such a beautiful land. R.D. dentist in Toronto

Dr. Andrew Kaegi listened and helped. I've had many doctors tell me I only suffer from Post Tramaic Stress Disorder and walk away without true investigation. Yet I've had 2 spine breaks, 1 treated and then told the 2nd was me feeling more pain than other people. Told I had bloated from drinking too much fluids, later told I had clear kindey stones removed. 3 areas of cancer with 2 removed and 1 to wait untik it gets to be a problem. Dr Kaegi wasn't just interested in healing 1 spot at a time. He gathered facts to help the whole me to better health. Following his advice, only 4 years later my health has greatly improved.

Was a patient of his when he was practicing in Calgary, AB . Very personable, comforting bedside manner, however, his diagnosis was always somewhat questionable. He was recommended to me as a doctor specializing in patients with fibromyalgia. Used to order lab work involving taking 10 or more tubes of blood. Not well thought of by medical labs. Used to also withdraw blood in the office for microscopic examination, but never shared his findings with me. Before long, I felt very unsure of him. My condition did not seem to improve, and my health went downhill. He suddenly closed his practice, and his office, with no notice to his patients, and leaving his patients hanging without a physician, and no backup. I was unable to get my records from his office. I was told he left for northern B.C., but not where. He did not mention he was an Oncologist during any of the time I was his patient, not was it mentioned on his business card. My next physician was not surprised at my medical condition when I mentioned who was my previous doctor.

On the surface he came across as a nice man, albeit disorganized, but I always felt an unease about him. I was wary of some actions, particularly one exam, to me it seemed outside his field and inappropriate. Also, he simultaneously prescribed several meds, 2 antibiotics, anti-fungal and another, he insisted I had to take all of them for several months. The effect was overwhelming, not in a good way. Also, he suddenly vacated that premise. I told the remaining doctor I was glad he'd left.

One of the best parasitologists in the world. Solved an issue the no other doctor could after many years of chronic fatigue and digestive problems. 2 weeks of medication and I was just like new again. Took the time to do a thorough history of the last 10 years of my life, including all travel, foods eaten, etc. Listened to me. One of the only doctors I know that would communicate with me over the phone or via e-mail. He is a bit disorganized sometimes, but that happens with highly intelligent people. They think differently than the rest of us. I owe him life.

No record keeping. No real advice as a doctor. Interested in more personal chat than 'medical' talk. Always make negative comments and no advice was provided. Examine results was never explained because he didn't care about patients. One of the worst doctors I had in my life. Clinic closed without notice or advice. Our records disappeared.

I've seen many doctors for about 20 years with a chronic health issue and Dr. Kaegi has been the only one who has been able to help me...one quality he has...is he listens...hard to find in most doctors...and he doesn't just form an opinion he finds out the facts.

He really comes across like the "absent-minded professor", but the man knows his stuff. Helped me solve a medical problem that none of my other doctors were able to find the cause of.

Left Toronto years ago. No warning, no records. Always had a long wait. His skills seemed limited and somewhat questionable.
