I can ONLY speak of the visits I've had to Dr. Gutsins office,ONCE I've entered the front door, to the visit in
the back to see the Dr. himself ,( ALONG with his OTHER RIGHT ARM), Dr. Gutsin ALWAYS answers my questions, and Always see that I get to the appropriate Dr's for my SITUATION @ HAND, VERY Patient,Understanding, and I will say the SAME FOR THE STAFF, "ALL OF THEM"!! DEFINITELY THE Dr.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Gutsin to me after having felt disrespected by two previous MDs. The first thing that I noticed was the friendliness of the staff. Upon checking in, I was greeted with eye contact and provided paperwork. The paperwork was different in a good way, for example, when making a selection, some categories had additional check boxes to provide more information about yourself. I thought that was pretty ingenious. His assistant who took my vitals was friendly and put me at ease. When Dr. Gutsin met with me, he also gave me good eye contact and seemed interested in me and how I was doing. I have used alternative treatments and supplements and I do not like to take any medicine unless it is absolutely necessary. I have also been respectful of him in his recommendations, but what I really like is that he seems to have respected my choices. As a primary care physician, I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me or be so attentive with me, as he has been. I really appreciate the fact that I don't have to get into a gown every time I see him. He is more hands-off than other doctors and I appreciate this and I can only assume that he operates this way because it is not necessary to provide good service. He is a very gentle man, considerate, and a good listener. I have recommended him to several of my friends.

I wasn't a patient for long because I moved but loved the service I received. They have a way of making you feel welcome and taken care of that I find lacking in other health care experiences.

So if you want to be treated with disrespect, verbally abused and completely unacceptably by the staff at Magnolia family medicine, then this is the place for you to go. However if you think that a doctor and his employees should speak professionally and sympathetically to the patients, while also being able to handle billing correctly and properly. Then I recommend going to another Dr. While Dr Gutsin and his 1 nurse are very kind to you while in the office Dr. Gutsin allows his billing employee and secretaries to treat and speak abhorrently to his patients, and allows them to hang up on the patient, and then be told that he will not call you back. They should be able to speak professionally to a paying patient without hostility and disdain, simply because You call and try to make sure that a billing issue is being handle in a timely and efficient manner. I mean 6months seems to be a long time to contact the insurance company and handle the billing. I also was treated as a hypochondriac because the Dr. was unable to give me a medication to cure my strep throat. for 6months he gave me the same medication that was not working, and was having me return to see him EVERY week! So again this is just not a good practice. I will not be returning to him and my insurance company is witness to the berating I received on a conference call with them and the Dr office. Will never recommend them to anybody!

I moved here from NY and didn't like the way the healthcare systems are all "networks_ I wanted a practice where the Dr knew me. I have found that at Magnolia Family and I appreciate how attentive to detail they are and even that Dr Gutsin has himself called me after hours to see how I was and discuss treatment options. Have to report that this makes my recommendations to him flawless!

My family and I have been using Dr Gursin for almost 10 years and have nothing but the highest praise every aspect of his practice. We have referred many of our to Dr Gutsin and to our knowledge all have similar experiences. Personally I have found the doctor to be caring and patient.. I would have no hesitation in making further referrals to him

This practice and a particular staff member are an abysmal representation of the medical field. Attempted to get an orthopedic referral after breaking my leg over the weekend and was treated so rudely that I chose to change doctors instead of deal with them. Worst I've EVER encountered.

He was so incompetent that he told me I did not have to fast before my cholesterol blood test. He went a way on vacation when I was on a pain relief medic with no refills. His nurse not only told me she would not provide me enough pills till he returned she hung up on me. Avoid this quack.
