Prior to my cataract surgery done with Dr. Phelan in December 2020, I had seen him several times prior with other problems. Each and every occasion has been great and wow, the cataract surgery made my eyes feel like they were when I was 20 years old (I’m 70 now)… Just wish he could work a miracle for the rest of my worn out body parts like he did for my eyes.

He got angry during my Lasik surgery and cursed then agressively threw some things in the trash after i involuntarily squinted my eye. Never apologized or said anything. Cold towards me at follow up even though I was very friendly and didnt mention it. Nurse said, "im sorry he can be'highstrung." So he seems very knowlegable and competent but this will stand out in my experience unfortunately.
