I am a registered walk-in patient at Dr. Bosman's clinic and I'm most fortunate to have seen Dr. Bosman for most of my visits. He is caring, knowledgeable, thoughtful and radiates a quiet confidence that all makes me hope that I can be on his own patient list one day. I'll be 86 this month and in good health, but I'd be very happy getting older under Dr. Bosman's care.

I’m 52 years old, had many doctors over the years, but he is the best. An amazing doctor, who really cares!

Dr. Bosman has been my family doc for several years (since Dr. Meadows left). He is indeed the most caring and compassionate doctor you could have (refreshing). He is not a drug-pusher and is hesitant to prescribe anything he deems as unnecessary (90% of the time, this is a good thing). That said, his wait-and-see approach to testing or treatment, while sometimes warranted, can be frusterating when you're dealing with symptoms you want resolved. That said, he will involve specialists if your issues persist or if you insist on further testing or treatment and have a logical justification for wanting such. He isn't sloppy or haphazard and he spends sufficient time with each patient, listening, before suggesting next steps. He's worth the wait, albeit wait times to see him can be long. His current MOA staff are so friendly and accommodating! Much friendlier than MOAs from years past!

I absolutely love Dr. Bosman! When you're with him you get the feeling he genuinely cares about each of his patients. I was recently in a medical emergency and he stayed late to fit me in as he was booked for the week and I needed to see him right away. I would never switch doctors and I dread the day he retires!

I can understand why Dr. Bosman is so busy--he's compassionate, caring and very conscientious. I totally trust him to help me with my medical issues and don't mind waiting for appointments if I don't want to use the walk-in clinic. I can't understand why the previous writer was so bitter at Bosman. His complaints should be directed at the "system" not at the service provider who likely experiences similar frustrations. Sounds like that guy needs to find a less popular doctor so he can get his immediate service. This is Rate Your Doctor, not rate BC Medical Services. Let's support our good doctors-- they have a tough job.

Dr. Bosman is always a very caring and courteous Dr. once you get in to see him. In case of urgent care I have to go to a different clinic because the average wait time to see Dr. Bosman is 3-4 weeks. This is unacceptable for a G.P. I know the clinic is also a walk-in clinic, but this shouldn't mean that when the need arises someone can't get in to see their own doctor! Also, I find that Dr. Bosman takes a "wait and see" approach to medicine, and several times now I've seen a different walk in doctor for treatment because I couldn't last until my next scheduled appointment with Dr. Bosman when he would diagnose my problem after "giving it a couple of weeks". Even talking about seeing my Dr. in conversation makes me frustrated because I almost always end up at a faster walk in clinic, and barely see Dr. Bosman. My wife gets in same-day or next-day with her G.P. That's how it should be.
