Plattsburgh needs more doctors like this A++ in my book thanks

Appears like very knowledgeable man, told me his opinion but will not provide me a statement. For my injury all I ever received was follow ups. Refused my request and an attorneys request for a statement of his findings. Nice guy but did not follow through on final report for me. I have worked full time all my life and still do, not looking for a hand out, just a final evaluation after a 4 year old injury. This doctor scheduled me for follow ups, claiming he will do a scheduled loss of use next time, but instead gave me follow up nerve conduction test and a verbal update, but to date has refused to give me or my attorney any final documentation about my injury.

Office staff was not very willing to fill out a form with 4 lines that took single word answers, but with my coaching, did so in minutes. Dr. Dispo is very personal and knowledgeable and seems like a great guy with good manners, but is equally poor about doing paperwork for settling my case and others I have met at his office, keeps putting it off, until next visit. I have been waiting several months for a end of treatment statement, my attorney has opted for me to go elsewhere.
