My husband and I have found Dr. Carnes to be thoughtful, professional, and extremely knowledgable. We credit him for an educated diagnosis that others missed. We are grateful for finding him.

Dr Carnes is an excellent young doctor. He is knowledgeable and helpful when deciding a plan of care, and truly cares about his patients. He is a great listener and a great teacher. His down-to-earth nature and sense of humor don't hurt either!!
