He's very informative. He doesn't rush you out of the office. He explains everything you need to know, and he answers all of your questions. I bring my son, and he talks directly to him. It makes him feel important as well. He may run behind schedule, but that's ok because he's answering the questions asked of him. He is willing to go the extra mile for you. His bed side manner is very good. He doesn't look down upon you if you don't know a pronounciation, or something like that. He doesn't answer you sarcastically either.
