I tried for over three months to get an appointment with Dr. Simms. My PCP called to refer, they couldn't get ahold of Dr. Simms' staff. I called multiple times and left voicemails each time. Her staff called me back once to tell me that I was on a wait list and then never called me back to schedule an appointment. I was initially referred on December 20, 2017. It's March 28, 2018 and this office has yet to contact me back about an appointment. Luckily, I've gone to a much more efficient practice and gotten the help I needed. No thanks to this Psychiatrist office, who is supposed to be working in the community for immediate assistance with those in need. Would never recommend this office for any reason.

I love Dr. Simms! She's awesome, caring, understand, & doesn't judge! Her secretary (the girl at the check in window) is awful! She's a smart mouth, doesn't work with you at all, & makes Dr. Simms office look bad!

Dr. Simms is an amazing Dr who understands the needs of her patients. I like the fact that she isnt quick to just put you on medication and send you out the door. She listens, shes caring, considerate, compassionate and non judgemental. You feel as though you can share everything with her. Her staff is amazing as well

Dr. Simms is a compassionate doctor who listenes and understands. As a patient I look forward to each and every visit. I am able to confide in her and receive excellent advice.
